I think it's because the FBI and Garland want back their incriminating documents that they slipped into those Trump boxes to frame Trump. It never ends with these rogue Stasi types.

He is exonerated...none of it means a thing because he could do wh**ever he wanted as president...but what about when he no longer was? There he is no better than anyone else, and he will be held accountable.

Meanwhile, in the land of the courtroom where facts rule at the end of the day, he is definitely guilty as charged.

Go through the list of charges, even really slow Magadonians can recognize facts and what happened as we know it, unless you go full conspiracy wingnut and evidence was planted and DOJ pressured witnesses.

Trump made it very clear in his post indictment speech last night that he could do wh**ever he wanted as president..

Some might argue that it does not include espionage.

Some might argue that in order to try for espionage there must be at least a smell of espionage, which there isn't. There is a much more plausible possibility of espionage in the H****r revelation as well as Joe's own admission that he bribed the Ukrainians.

Joe and H****r are probably guilty.

Having a copy machine in the same room as highly classified documents are stored in does not bode well for the security of said info.

Full conspiracy wing nut?

It wouldn't be the first time the FBI fabricated or altered "evidence" against Trump. See Mr. Clinesmith.

It also wouldn't be the first time that the FBI, and Mr. Smith, have ignored exculpatory evidence exonerating Trump. Read the D****m r****t, they knew the Russian collusion lie was a lie.

It also wouldn't be the first the intelligence community/FBI lied to help Biden and hurt Trump. See the H****r B***n laptop.

The real question is why do you still believe these people? They've been knowingly lying about, and definitely targeting, Trump for 7 years now. They've all been proven untrue and haven't worked..

Now IF he did have the things they say he did, and if he harmed our country in any way then I say nail him to the wall. The track record of those accusing Trump is less than exemplary, to say the least.

Difference being...I have an open mind. You will never look at the Bidens and say the same things. You will never look at the corruption surrounding Biden, or the political rot in the FBI and DOJ

You just listed two of the prerequisites in becoming a Mega Magamoron, which qualifies you to wear their little red-dunce cap. Good job.

Actually he is presumed innocent
until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

For me, I will wait until it all plays out.
