I have to say, the charges are worse than the lead up indicated they would be, or they just sound worse in terms of being well defined without the rhetoric.
Come on, no matter what you thought prior to this, if trump told his valet to move and hide boxes he did wrong, he made a big big mistake that was worse than taking the documents in the first place.

No one ever claimed that Fat Donny was the sharpest knife in the drawer. This indictment even changes that. He now appears to be the hose in the septic tank. The Fat Boy was so stupid that he thought that the law applied to everyone except him. I would have loved to have seen the blank look appear on his already blank face when he was told that he was now under federal indictment.
So, what's your prediction. Will the Fat Boy finally admit guilt for the first time in his life or will he push his misguided sense of invulnerability and take it to court? Personally, I would much rather see it go to court. The MAGA dullards need the drama.

There will be a plea bargain that involves cutting him slack on the time for admissions of guilt that preclude him from ever serving as president again.
Bad for the country because none of his most loyal Magamoronians will accept that he actually was guilty, they have made up their minds that this is all a political hatchet job that has no basis of facts. The conspiracy will live on.

The sentence is being talked about because the guilt is undeniable, we know and can see what he did by evidence given for the indictments. You can say innocent until proven guilty, but then there is here's the proof on the other side.
Innocent is for magical biased jury endings where a hopelessly trumpian jurist hangs the jury up.

None of the things listed in the indictment will be false, Smith wouldn't jeopardize the case with anything that can't be well proved
