I suppose you would also approve of Ukcraine being made a member of NATO so nuclear weapons could be put there next to Russia.
You probably don't recall when Russia tried to put weapons in Cuba. JFK said No way.
This was back in the 60's.
If Russia started building bio-weapon labs in Mexico and Cuba I don't think We would allow it.
Same principle in Ukcraine but we are not supposed to think about this.
