This was brought up on The Five on Fox. They made the point that this should be a main talking point for all Republican candidates running for President. It puts Democrats in a rhetorical bind.
If they deny that Joe Biden is so bad in heath that Vice President Kamala Harris will become President, then it looks like they are admitting Harris will be really bad. That alienates Black Women. If they brag about how great Harris is, then it looks as if they are admitting Biden's health is a legitimate issue.
Either way Democrats lose the argument. Republicans can frame this issue, and Democrats will have to operate within that frame.
