They have not applied, in most cases they get court dates 2 to 4 years from now that they will never show up to. Your willful ignorance is astounding.

I don't know who is feeding them but after the paper work with a future court date, they are given a free phone and 50 bucks on a debit card.And a free bus ride to the state of their choice.

You apply for refugee status before coming to America.crossing the border without papers is illegal. We allow migrants to come for harvesting crops but that also has to be applied for. And then they are supposed to return to their own country. Not bring their family up here to live illegally. How long do you think our welfare will last when we are taking care of an extra 5 to 10 thousand a day? Every day. And to think we have homeless vets being chased off of park benches. This will not end well.

There are many humanitarian charities helping to feed immigrants like Catholic Charities, Lutheran Welfare Org., and many others. Some immigrants have been waiting months for an appt. and arrived at the border with their whole lives in one small suitcase.
