You are in error, my dear. You are conflating "debt" with "budget". There is a difference, look it up in the dictionary (or maybe even your precious fact checkers - maybe they will get this right).

Woody, allow me remind you of some basic economic fundamentals. You have "Income", and you have "Expense". Income is what you take in, and Expense is how you "choose" to spend your money.
