My dad was a dentist and my mom was a nurse. I didn't come from an impoverished background. Yet myself, and many like me, served in my SOG unit. Why do you think that is? Could it be because of something you know nothing about?

We were patriots who love and admire our country and the freedoms and opportunities it provides. We were thankful for the sacrifices those before us payed for those freedoms, and we respected them for it. We wanted to do our part to preserve this great country. That's why we served.
