It sounds like his insurance company sued. If he is hurt and unable to work and enjoy life as a result of their negligence he should be made as whole as possible. If someone offered me seven million to have my back broken and fused I sure as hell wouldn’t take them up on the offer. And keep in mind if he didn’t sue he would be on social security disability and you and I would be footing the bill rather than the people who injured him.

He had surgery on his back and than he had complications from surgery and had another surgery because of it.. He deserves money.. My problem is, how much is too much money??
