The 5 year study reports that at least 2000 children were abused by priests in Illinois dioceses, and were hidden
or underreported by catholic church leaders.
So for all the nasty religious zealots on this site, especially the militants who present themselves as honest and
holy, think about the damage the p*******es you support have done to 'the innocent children'.
And while this report is about the criminal catholics, the same type of abuse occurs in ALL religious orders.
So return to the reality that your god condones sin, unless child abuse is not sin.

I remember when this story first broke in the Boston Globe. I initially didn't belive it. However it just got worse and worse. I now believe it. Cardinal Law fled to Rome, thus avoiding a trial. I hope this the end of it. Its so sad that priests we should be trusting unconditionally behaved so criminally.
