3* (Answered by 505 Adults Who Own Guns) Do you feel more safe or less safe because someone in your household owns a gun? Or does it have no impact on your personal safety?

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that just 29% of American Adults trust the government to fairly enforce gun control laws, while 57% don’t, and another 14% are not sure.

NOTE: Margin of Sampling Error, +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence.

Rasmussen reports leand right with a high degree of reliabilty. This by AllSides, Media Bias and Ad Fontes. A sample size of 500 is pretty low, leading to inaccuracies.. However, remember that the majority of Anericans want to ban military style assult rifles, you know, the ones used in massacres.

What majority of Americans want to ban a gun that is not available to civilians?

Since 1980, just over 1400 people have been k**led in high profile mass shootings, 142 of them were children.
And in less than 3% of those k*****gs was a rifle of any type used.

I own an AR15, but it isn't a "military style assault rifle",
and it isn't gonna "massacre" anybody.
