I agree. I do believe anyone who was breaking and destroying property or committing assault should be prosecuted. But I don't think that could happen "fairly" under the backdrop of the J** 6 c*******e. We saw assaults on other Federal buildings by the left and so far I haven't seen or heard that any in that party was held without bail in isolation for 2 years awaiting trials or haven't heard how any of them were prosecuted and held responsible for damages.

what they were doing at the time is the dynamic . Floyd was subdued -other officers were present- He would have been gagging for air not fighting if the knee was let up . The police inside The room where Ashli was shot were holding a line of defense and she broke through the glass.
