It has recently come to light that the accusations against Donald Trump by E Jean Carroll, that some 2 decades ago he raped her in a dressing room, may very well be plagiarized from an episode of Law And Order SVU. The link below provides the comparisons. Ms Carroll is a very politically active Democrat who claims she "barely knows who's running for what." Draw your own conclusions; the similarities are suspiciously similar.

Would you care to explain what you mean by "IF they are innocent", and what "discovery testimony" is?
If you took that approach in court and waived your client's 5th and 14th amendment rights,
a good prosecutor would tear your client a new asshole and mop the floor with your sorry ass.
To wit: Under our American system of justice, the accused is presumed innocent until he is proven guilty,
and based on the evidence presented, the jury, not you, not the judge, not the prosecutor, will decide the verdict.

Ummmmmm, Even if it did happen, the statue of limitations has run out and "what's her name" should have reported it way back then. It's a non-issue now and will not be pursued in any court of law. If she wants to go after it somehow in a civil court, I believe President Trump's attorneys will make mincemeat out of her.
The time to report it was just after it happened. Bringing it up now just shows the "demonrats" will stoop to anything to prevent President Trump from running. Makes me angrier and I never ever have v**ed for a demonrat and never will. Kurt
