Bingo!! Trump refused to testify in his own rape trial. I bet his lawyer threatened to quit if he got on the stand.

No defense attorney worth his salt would allow his client to testify on his own behalf. It happens, but it is rare.

Generally only if they are innocent and their discovery testimony was not incriminating.

So now you think you are a criminal defense attorney.
Would you care to explain what you mean by
"IF they are innocent", and what "discovery testimony" is?
If you took that approach in court and waived your client's 5th and 14th amendment rights,
a good prosecutor would tear your client a new asshole and mop the floor with your sorry ass.
To wit: Under our American system of justice, the accused is presumed innocent until he is proven guilty,
and based on the evidence presented, the jury, not you, not the judge, not the prosecutor, will decide the verdict.
As always, Riley, you are full of s**t.
Ummmmmm, Even if it did happen, the statue of limitations has run out and "what's her name" should have reported it way back then. It's a non-issue now and will not be pursued in any court of law. If she wants to go after it somehow in a civil court, I believe President Trump's attorneys will make mincemeat out of her.
The time to report it was just after it happened. Bringing it up now just shows the "demonrats" will stoop to anything to prevent President Trump from running. Makes me angrier and I never ever have v**ed for a demonrat and never will. Kurt

Or they're bored to death of the same accusation over and over and over and over. But no evidence!
How much have the Democrats paid the 20 women who say Trump attacked them! When they are all proven to be liars they should all go to prison! I had sex with Hillary many years ago. Do you see me going around telling everyone, and suing her! I have been in therapy for years, since!
