Utah to Reclaim Land Currently Controlled by Federal Government

The Washington Times posted an article today that shared that the State of Utah has given the Federal Government until December 31st of 2014 to relinquish control of 31.2 million acres to Utah. The headline posted was
" Utah to seize own land from government, challenge federal dominance of Western states". Seems this movement is the first of several states seeking to kick the B*M out of their state.
