I guess this will be the Christmas season of black r**ts! This time, NYC. Protest and r**ts are now being planned and preliminary r****rs have hit the streets. And of course, Obama speaks out... "President Barack Obama, while not directly commenting on the case, said the grand jury decision spoke to "the concern on the part of too many minority communities that law enforcement is not working with them and dealing with them in a fair way."

I'm actually glad to hear about this new wave of r**ts. That cop had no right to use an illegal choke hold and k**l an innocent man.
At least this time around r****rs have a damn good reason to burn the entire (I wish) city--don't forget the surrounding countryside too folks!

It is early in planning, but I thin the Ex NCY Chief Kerik has the right idea... good communication is the key to keeping this to protest instead of burning and l**ting.... or could be that the ones r**ting have already got all their shopping done for the holiday and do not need to l**t to augment what they got on Black Friday.

The "child" who died in this go around..... was HUGE! I think the police were on tip toes trying to reach his neck. It would be funny, if not for his death.

Actually, the citizens of the area called the police because he was selling merchandize in front of their stores ..... so, they responded....cameras rolling.....

I still think it's wrong that cops k**led this man for some non-violent activity which was harming nobody. Even worse that his k**ler got off scott-free

I do not think the police intended to k**l him, but only arrest him. So many people condemn the police for doing their job... I guess they could have just walked away when he refused and resisted arrest.... and then what would you be saying if that same person went on to k**l someone...like the Hillside strangler, police had him in custody and released him and he went on to k**l four more women. The police caught a lot of static from that.... SO I FEEL FOR THE POLICE, they are damned if the do their job and they are damned if they walk away.... What would you want.... every slimy slug breaking the law and walking free? Then move to Mexico, they have 40 children go missing at a time at the hands of drug lords. All of those kids turned up dead....and those that k**led them, still free.

So You think it's OK for the police to murder the occasional innocent victim, just for the sake of everyone else's security?

Maybe I should believe what Anigav6969 says, that You are the dumbest poster on this site?

Have you ever looked on www.informationliberation.com
Do you think all those innocent people should have been murdered by the police as well?

When the civil case awards the family tens of millions from NYPD, Pantaleo will be choking the rest of his life as his paycheck will be going to Eric Garner's six kids. That's a r**t.

Seriously though, it is a tragedy all around. Eric had many health issues and the police failed to make a proper arrest. There were five police officers there. There was a failure to control the situation with no warnings that he was going to be placed in a choke hold unless he did what they said. Should've just gave him citation to appear in court for the illegal sidewalk sales and used carrots instead of sticks to have him move along. There was no need for an arrest.

There's also no need to protest. The video tells all and those cops are shamed for life in their community. The city will be writing big checks to his kids for a long time.

It will be interesting because the GJ did not hold these policemen over for trial.

To my knowledge, it is not on CNN or MSNBC.... I heard about it on an overseas news channel. They were drawing a parallel between Ferguson and NYC. Seems the anticipated R**ts did not materialize as the Black Panthers promised, but it is early yet.

Honestly, this is a dangerous person...I would rather someone come out and say they are r****t...she always hides behind sarcasm and attempted humor and denies her prejudice

The prosecutor could have at least went after a lesser crime...even negligence....absolutely nothing is a joke...all this over selling cigarettes...the bigger problem is that these prosecutors are too close with the officers...they work together everyday...just have a special prosecutor and the problem is solved
