Pothole Pete, better known as Buttplug pete has stated that the roads we drive and air we breathe are both r****t. He said the roads are r****t because more b****s are k**led on our roads than W****s per mile driven. Now, Pete is declaring that the oxygen we breathe is r****t. He said that the air we breathe is composed of around 21% oxygen and that White's, who comprise about 60% of our population, use up about 61.5% of the available oxygen and that this number has to be reduced to 60% to be equitable and fair to the black race who comprise about 12% of our population and use about 11.99999% of our oxygen. Pothole Pete said it would take a bill of about $22 trillion dollars to fix the problem but that the illegal president, slo joe, could easily print that money to fix the serious problem. Pete said while Al Gore and his c*****e c****e promoters are duping the people abiut the climate he is going to do the same with the oxygen equity policies that he wants to promote. As t***sportation secretary, Pete buttplug said he wants no supply chain issues and backlogs with oxygen movement like he had with our ships being unloaded at our harbors, which he was responsible for while at home breast feeding his adopted child. The demorat v**ers are already jumping on this new scare tactic and want this r****m to end. Some dems have reduced their # of inspirations and expirations by 20% per day to help in the oxygen equity r****t issue. The government will issue oxygen reading meters in all W***e A******ns homes to monitor the number of breaths taken per day and penalties will be incurred if those numbers are too extreme. The roads in regions with a predominantly black population are more antiquated and poorly maintained than in predominantly white regions this bears out in a higher proportion of accidents and deaths amongs African Americans, this is born out by clear statistical evidence. In addition industrial facilities that create the most toxic emissions are located in or adjacent to predominantly poor and black communities creating high cancer and lung illness in residents.

Statistics from the DPS show that b****s flunk the driving part of the mandatory driving proficiency test more often than W****s or Asians. Is it no wonder that the accidents by b****s would be higher overall versus other races?? The roads aren't the problem. The lousy drivers are the problem.

However, he is one who has to have a signed, notarized Oath of Office by tomorrow or he is 1. out of a job. 2 Facing perjury charges. 3. How many butt plugs can he buy then?
