Rove is just another political hack, all be it a powerful one. His time will come and go. I keep telling everyone start out locally with precinct politcs and take over your local Republican County Executive Committee find viable candidates and get them elected. That's how the Marxist took over the democrat party. It's a long process, but it will work if everyone of get with the program and get moving.

I'm probably not that much younger than you. Be the leader and have you foot soldiers do the work under your guidance. What is needed is leaders who have been there and done that.

Quid Pro Quo, Yankee Clipper: I'm trying to help get our country back the best I can. I have written over 200 "Political Snippets" , none of which are beneficial to the one, since before Obozo got elected the first time. There is also a search function on the right side of the home page. Moreover, I am building myself, an 800 square foot garage/work shop building that I work on most every day the weather doesn't interfere. I have to finish it before I can take on any other projects. I'm even finding 1pp is eating up time and I'm c***ting on my sleeping time in order to comment here. Also, I'm old as dirt and don't know any young candidates for your project. Sorry.

As reports continue to flood in about President Obama’s massive surveillance state, media powerhouse Glenn Beck says, “There wouldn’t be a Jew alive on the planet today if Hitler had this technology.”

Beck made the statement Friday on his radio program while interviewing NSA whistleblower William Binney.

www.UMassOnline.netBinney worked at the National Security Agency for nearly four decades, and said the secret surveillance of Americans began in October 2001.

He believes the NSA is storing information on 3 billion phone calls every day.

Want to know how and why America has so rapidly come to resemble the totalitarian society described by novelist George Orwell in “1984,” one characterized by universal surveillance? It’s all exposed in a special issue of Whistleblower magazine – titled “ONE NATION UNDER SURVEILLANCE: Big Brother is watching in ways Orwell never dreamed.”

“I’m telling you, America,” Beck cautioned, “If we don’t stop this right now, we will be remembered as the most evil nation in history of the world. We will dwarf what Germany did. And I’d say that if Mitt Romney were in office and this were happening. I would be saying exactly the same thing.”

Beck continued: “This is the way totalitarian states are created, This is it. And as much as you want to say, ‘Aw, well, that’s hogwash.’ Well.,what were they doing with the IRS? And the IRS is in charge of all of your health-care information next year. Don’t you put these puzzle pieces together? They’re in charge of your health care. ‘OK, well they’re not gonna do anything.’ Really? They already are! You wanna shut down the tea party? They can do it overnight. You wanna scoop up everybody who has ever been a part of the tea party, ever visited any website. … All they have to do is put the connections in, hit print, round them up.”

“There wouldn’t be a Jew alive on the planet today if Hitler had this technology,” he concluded. “Not a Jew alive on the planet. Not one.”

I'm even finding 1pp is eating up time and I'm c***ting on my sleeping time in order to comment here. I do the same thing, one or two oclock in the morning and usually up by 7 or 8 catches up with me anymore. It takes too long to read this crap and come up with good comments. Also, I'm old as dirt and don't know any young candidates for your project. Sorry.I will contact you by private mail on this site later today if I get a chance. Looks like we may have a few things in common.

With all this discussion there seems to be no mention of one simple difference. Rove and other Republicans have come to Obama's defense on this issue. Meanwhile, when it was revealed during the Bush administration that they were monitoring calls between suspected foreign terrortists and Americans, far less intrusive than this, Bush was supported by just one Democrat - Joe Lieberman, who was cashiered out of that party for his disloyalty even on national defense.

Bush was very open in stating he was fighting a war on terror. Obama, who was very critical of Bush's survielance, has never even used the war on terror term - and more recently has all but declared there is no war.

Bush obviously saw Islamic extremist as the enemy needing monitored, Obama has shown it is the domestic political opposition that is the "enemy"

They don't want their skeletons expoused either, they probably have done more domestic spying than they want out. Quid Pro Quo, Dave and Yankee Clipper: Open letter from Congressman Tim Huelskamp:

"Uncle Sam is monitoring your telephone calls and everything you do on the Internet

While some Members of Congress were made aware of and approved this secret, blanket, domestic surveillance program, I was never briefed on it and never approved it. The use of this indiscriminate practice of seizing the private telephone and Internet activity records of U.S. citizens on U.S. soil without probable cause infringes upon the fundamental constitutional rights of unsuspecting, law-abiding Americans.

Americans were wrong to rely on the veracity of candidate Obama's promise that this spying would stop. Indeed, it has apparently been expanded under the Obama Administration. 19 of my colleagues have joined me in sending an oversight letter to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and National Security Administration (NSA) seeking a full explanation of this invasion of privacy and apparent violation of the 4th Amendment.

Together with the revelations of the misuse and abuse of power at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), this raises even more distrust and fundamental concern about President Obama's willingness to trample on the privacy rights of American citizens. If you share my concerns, you may wish to read this NewsMax story: Huelskamp: Government Surveillance Like "Big Brother." "

This is your Rome and I must learn to deal with it. But that does not mean nor will it ever come about that I will resort to insult. Civility may seem a "q***r, liberal idea" to you, but unless we start resorting to this mamsy-bamsy way of dealing, America is dead.

When the Marxist/democrats get nice and mamsy-bamsy it will for sure be too late for all of us. I see no reason to be nice in most cases to them, how about the rest of you?

Bush and Cheny were known within the security forces as "Murder Inc." They consistently and grossly violated the limits on the Patriot Act. FISA was passed in 2008 that helped to legitimize what Bush and Cheny did with outlaw zeal.

What bothers me most about your response to this blog and the other one we have conversed about, is the apparent total lack of investigation. Being open-minded is a requisite for honest comment. I am not saying that is necessary to comment; it's America, right, say wh**ever you please. But if you want to be taken seriously, make a real difference, have the facts.

And you would know how what the "security forces" called Bush and Cheney?

Quid Pro Quo, Yankee Clipper: I'm calling him rumitoady as he is a socialist Marxist sycophant in my opinion. Does that give you a clue. p.s. But I like Dutch's epithet better.

I think you are correct. Here's one phrase I use fairly often: Ascendo Tuum I'll send you a private email as to what it means.
