Democrats support the indictment of former President Donald Trump whether it has legal standing or not because convicting him is a life-or-death struggle for their political survival, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said.

"I do think it's sort of a parallel to crossing the Rubicon, which was the moment when Roman Law was shattered," Gingrich said on "Life, Liberty & Levin."

"I would say that what happened was that Donald Trump came out of nowhere and is the first person to have the courage and the willpower to take on the entire corrupt, extremist establishment, and they're fighting in the fight of their life — they are faced with extinction."

Gingrich said Trump's threat to the political left and establishment is similar to that of former President Ronald Reagan's place as a threat to the Soviet Union.

There is a great amount of debate on how strong or week the Stormy hush money case is. There is a solid paper trail. No matter what we say, it won't make much of a difference. We will see what the jury decides.

Although the charges are unfamiliar to some they are felonious and the case is pretty damn airtight. If it was anyone but trump their attorneys would advise pleading guilty to one or two charges in exchange for a light sentence. Trumps only hope is a member of the MAGA death cult h*****g the jury.

Logic...was the case against Cohen weak? Was the case against Weissenberg weak?

The video whore signed a nondisclosure agreement which she violated and that is why she had to pay Trump's lawyers fee's. She broke the law and should be the one on trial.
