The same crime with different dates pasted in. Problem is there is no felony absent a specific crime that was concealed. There isn't one in the indictment. There could be 3400 counts and all are worthless without this, they are simply accusations of one misdemeanor on which the statute of limitations has expired. A local DA does not have the authority to pursue a Federal case, and two Federal law enforcement agencies and two Federal prosecutors have refused to prosecute because no crime was committed.
In New York you only need 12 of 23 jurors to v**e for an indictment, and only 16 of them have to actually be present. You remember Bragg sent the jurors home? He only sent the 7 who were most inclined to v**e to dismiss. In a district where Biden won with 84% of the v**e how hard is it to find 12 people who would v**e to indict Trump no matter what?
