Biden will be charged for anything he has done that there should be charges for, and then hey, Biden can pardon him on the way out the door...pardoning H****r wouldn't be nearly as bad as pardons for the more serious crimes Flynn, Manafort, Bannon, or any number of convicted felons that did far worse...but hey, I guess that's what pardons are for huh?
