Glad I don't drink Budweiser. I'd have to switch brands.

I’m giving up on beer. It’s back to rum for me.

I stopped drinking budweiser years ago because nobody else is my family liked it. Stocking many brands of beer got too expensive. Now I have one more reason not to go back to bud. If Miller ever goes t***s, I may have to give up drinking. Well there is wine. My local winery would never go t***s, would they ?

I belonged to a local homebrew club for a while. Not only was it a blast to make fantastic homebrew with a bunch of friends (we brought amazing food to go with the beer) we all went home with batch after batch of beer that was FAR superior than that dishwater called Budweiser.

There are brew clubs everywhere. Check out The American Homebrewers Association (AHA) - they have lots of info on it if you're interested. ..

We always called it "buttwiper". My fave used to be Miller time-"the champagne of bottled beers", but I rarely drink a beer unless it's a Blue Moon.

My brother and my son in law brewed beer. I simply have neither the time nor the space to get into another hobby. I have my hands full trying to start seeds. The little suckers just sit there and laugh at me.

It's fun in a club. Everyone does the work. You have a party doing it and you go home with lots of wonderful beer (and you can control the alcohol level if that's important to you) you can crack open on a hot day in July at a barbecue. I think I just talked myself into going back to that club! 😃

Well then, that’s perfect. Someone who professes to be a good beer and isn’t teams up with someone who professes to be a woman that isn’t. A perfect match of pretenders. I guess the Clydesdales are out of the picture but Budweiser will still can their piss.

I’ll stay with Bourbons and Irish Whiskeys.

More brands other than Budweiser to boycott!
Who owns Budweiser!
Since 2008, it has been wholly owned by Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (AB InBev), now the world's largest brewing company, which owns multiple global brands, notably Budweiser, Michelob, Stella Artois, and Beck's.
More brands other than Budweiser to band

I’ll need a list of beers that AREN’T owned by Anheuser Busch if anyone can find it

Back in my 20s I worked swing shift in a smoke stack industry, and depending on the shift we worked, we would stop for a few beers after work. My little one horse town back in them days had way more bars and churches and banks than today. Funny how they all went together. These guys were alcoholics, but mostly beer drinkers.

We would get off of night shift and go drinking at 7:00 in the morning until 10 or 11 AM. Anyway a lot of these guys had large families so they tended to drink the cheapest beer on tap. I being single at the time had money coming out of my ass and drank Budweiser at the exorbitant price of 25 cents per glass. The family men drank Pabst for 17 cents per glass, and there were drinkers of everything in between. I remember when Genesee Cream Ale got popular. The real high rollers drank that.

You could look down the bar and judge each person by the brand of beer they drank. It occurs to me that if I sat in a bar today with the rough type guys I used to work with and ordered a Budweiser, I might just get my teeth knocked out. Certainly any woman drinking a bud would be looked at suspiciously.
