As a third party? There is talk about a third party candidate being put up who could take just enough of the democrat's v**es to allow a republican to win.
Manchin could think he is that Manchurian candidate, he's just that screwed up in the head...republicans love him, so the danger is would he get some of trump's v**es as well?
