So the DA is free to leak, but Trump must be quiet ? I doubt that such a gag order as you want will be enforceable. Anyway this is all pure speculation on your part. The jury pools in Manhattan are already tainted. Democrats have been bashing Trump there for years.
I have no doubt the DA can easily get a conviction. I believe the jury se******n will be the circus part of the drama. I expect that after the conviction it will immediately be thrown out on numerous legal grounds.
