This kid has more guts than most of us do.

That proves there are young people out there who have not been indoctrinated to be a good little Marxist. Love it.

They are out there and if a Valedictorian can do that many more may do it too. The teachers behind him didn't look so very excited about what he did but somebody out there was and I bet most of them were his graduating peers.

I was impressed with the principal as well. Rather then making some excuse or saying they would look into it, etc, he said he has graduated and spoke up for freedom of speech.

Good for the principal, there was little they could do anyway.

That kid had more guts than most of us in that his speech had been approved and he stood there and tore it up before reciting the Lord's Prayer. I don't think many kids would ever do anything like that at their graduation ceremonies. Haven't they all been told that Christian prayer at things like that is not allowed.
After reading that CAIR has come down, with approval from government, for Muslim prayer in schools one has to wonder how many of our kids will continue to take a chance on having Muslims cut off their heads for praying at school functions.
