There are plenty of Dems beholding to big oil. Like most politicians they do not concern themselves with their constituents health.

What about gas or propane stoves? Are they EPA-certified?
Gas stoves (and gas fireplace inserts) do not require EPA certification. Whether designed to burn natural gas or propane, they burn very cleanly, emitting very little pollution. Efficiency can vary widely between models so be sure to compare before purchasing. While some models are manufactured in a manner that does not require outside venting, EPA does not support their use due to indoor air quality concerns and in some jurisdictions it is illegal to install an unvented gas stove. As with any stove, it should be installed by a certified technician, and inspected annually.

Moronic is trying to ban them. Who cares what else the bill is about. That shouldn’t be part of it.

Yeah. Ban 'em and build more nuclear power plants as more juice will be needed to power all the electric appliances!
My paternal grandfather worked 48 years at the gas company. Shoot, we had outdoor ornamental gaslights in the the front and backyard. Like a Colman lantern burning all the time. Grandpa said they didn't burn much gas and he had them too outdoors. During the "energy crisis" my folks had to convert them to electric as some law was passed we couldn't have them anymore.
It's stupid to ban gas stoves. What's next? Gas furnaces?
