I think it is censorship but it may be justifiable on government devices. Keeping in mind that government employees have been known to use personal gear to conduct government business.
I don’t know what or how the information obtained by the CCP could be used other than conducting propaganda campaigns.
I’m not sure what is different about TikTok than say meta, google, twitter and others who have proved to be censors in line with l*****t narratives.
