The prosecutor appointed during Trump has been on the case for 3 years. The last I read, the potential charges were some tax fraud H****r will pay fines for and a misdemeanor gun charge he'll probably be fined for as well.

Falsifying evidence is a crime and would constitute one type of prosecutorial misconduct. Those are potentially felonies and whether or not they were jailed, they would lose their license to practice law.
My biggest question: since Trump is innocent, what's all the fuss about? He'll get his day in court and be acquitted. That's how the system works.
His hysterical reaction to POSSIBLE charges is really over the top. Attempting to try his case in the court of public opinion is foolish.
