I think so too. Especially when the Oryctolagus Cuniculus Tropica Saltu in question was elected because he was black. Newark is one of the most poorly run cities in the US, if not the world. Skin colour should not be a factor. But it is. We are both fortunate. My life and yours would have been a lot different if we were Black, Asian or Native etc.
