President Joe Biden has once again shown that he is more concerned with his agenda than he is with the security of the United States. During a press briefing on Monday, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean–Pierre was asked by Fox News’ Peter Doocy about Chinese spy cranes, which have been found at US ports and contain sophisticated sensors that can track container ships. While Jean–Pierre attempted to deflect the question, claiming that Biden puts “the American people first,” this is clearly not the case when it comes to energy security.
When Doocy asked Jean–Pierre what was more important to Biden, energy security or reducing f****l f**ls, she tried to straddle the line, claiming that both were important. Again, deflecting the question by stating, “The President has met with the delegation, and I’m just going to leave it there.”
However, this is clearly not the case. Biden has made it clear that his priority is reducing f****l f**ls, not ensuring energy security. He has blocked the Keystone XL pipeline and is in the process of stopping the Willow project in Alaska, a bipartisan effort to improve energy security and reduce US dependence on foreign energy sources.
This is a troubling sign that Biden is more concerned with his agenda than the security of the United States. It is a dangerous precedent to set, as it puts our nation at risk of relying on foreign energy sources and makes us vulnerable to malicious actors. For example, if Chinese spy cranes are allowed to operate at US ports, they could be used to monitor the movement of military equipment, putting us at risk of espionage and sabotage.
The Biden administration’s priorities are clear: they are more focused on pursuing their agenda than they are on protecting the security of the United States. This is a dangerous path to take, and one that should be avoided at all costs. The Biden administration should be prioritizing energy security over reducing f****l f**ls if they are to ensure the safety and security of the United States.
