Quite true. I haven’t been back for 40 plus years- back when Gordon Kahl was around. I found the story and took screenshots. It gives the gist of their intent.
Again, the “ litmus test” for ANY federal law :
1) is it repugnant to the Constitution ?

2) was the alleged violation committed “ on land held solely & exclusively by the federal government?”
3) if a 2nd Amendment issue, does the statute in question align with commonly held beliefs when the Constitution was drafted ? That was 1787-1789.
4) lastly, was the alleged crime on any area “within the United States” as clarified at US Constitution, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 ?

And guys- when anyone says “Wrong, of course the states are part of the United States.” Gong ! Buzzzz ! Nope.
By law, ( bad law) the feds changed the name of territories and Instrumentalities to “ the Several States.” Such as American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Tico, US Virgin Islands, and the Northern Marianas Islands. Those are part of the United States.
The 50 states of the Union are separate and distinct and have the power to dissolve the federal government and start over.
That would be called “ a Convention of the States” as opposed to a Con- Con, a Constitutional Convention, controlled by the feds. ( not good).
Hopefully I clarified things.

Very interesting, but not really addressing my skepticism as to the integrity of the cops in Arkansas after having served the corrupt Clintons to the hilt.

Your so-called "Convention of States" must be called under Article 5 by 2/3rds of state legislatures and ratified by 3/4ths of the 50 states to amend the Constitution. This is equally as vulnerable to being hijacked by the far right and the c****es and socialist advocates.

There is a large percentage of Lefties who sit on their butts expecting their "expertise" as Marxists "planners" (who have not a creative cell in their stoned brains) to write a grocery list no less harvest a crop to pay their way through college, being "too smart to work" - such an insufferable lot.

I am watching the History Channel mangle the message of our Declaration of Independence and the framers of the Constitution right now who wrongfully insist George Washington and Jefferson, et all, did not include the s***es as equals with rights to "life, liberty and happiness":

My blood is boiling because of this History Channel presenting the Common Core analysis of American history, obliterating the wealth of evidence the Founding fathers were not r****ts and had designed in the Constitution to eliminate s***ery without a Civil War.

No coverage is made of
1) the personal letters and news publications of the Founding Fathers hatred of s***ery,

2) nor mention of the 1787 Northwest Ordinance written by Jefferson attached to the Constitution ending s***ery in all new territories and states, honoring the Indian treaties, and placing new states under the Equal Footing Clause. The NW Ordinance was published July 1787, attached to the new Constitution August 1787 and signed into law by President George Washington.

3) nor coverage of the Constitution's structured end of indebted servitude and s***ery via the establishment of a National Bankruptcy Court, ending the s***e trade and enabling s***es to be freed upon the farmer's death.

4) Congress passing a law by 1808 to end all s***e trade with England and Africa.

All this was done to avert a Civil War. George Washington inherited s***es but assigned them NO WORK, yet fed, clothed and housed them, legally freeing them upon his death.

God almighty, we must end this media monopoly of socialist LIARS.

Once we rid us of Karl Marx's progressive tax, we will restore rising competition to these media monopolies.

Let us ask: where do the media moguls get their money?
They get their money from their customers! The government has destroyed all their competitors via the progressive tax.
We do not want Zuckerberg's or Bezos' or Bill Gates' Musk's, or Carlos Silk's money, we want their customers. Musk works 100 hours per week! Nobody on OPP works 100hrs/week!

The government is like Garfield the Cat, not Robin Hood taking from the rich and giving to the poor.
Hiring the mob of socialist bureaucrats in government to pick the pockets of the rich will only make Garfield the Cat grow fatter in his weight and girth.
