So are these garden sheds ? I would do pop up trailers and make the homeless mobile. Then I would tow them across the state line. Presto change-o, no more homeless.

The projected cost is 30 million dollars. 25,000 a piece.. And you can expect about 75 percent over run. Typical of government projects so close to 45 million and each house will hold what one person? Say half will hold two. Eighteen hundred of the close to a million homeless in California. It's a bandaid on a bullet wound. But it's a start. People will be moving back here for sure.
