Probably because it takes more empirical evidence than a nutcase video to indict someone?

Could that be it?

Are you calling this a "nutcase video"?

If so; your opinion is not worth much.

Like deleting 30,000+ emails under subpoena? Or do you want/need more "empirical evidence"

New York prosecutors expanded criminal inquiry of company last year and examined acceptance of $8m with suspected Russian ties

Federal prosecutors in New York involved in the criminal investigation into Donald Trump’s social media company last year started examining whether it violated money laundering statutes in connection with the acceptance of $8m with suspected Russian ties, according to sources familiar with the matter.

The company – Trump Media, which owns Trump’s T***h Social platform – initially came under criminal investigation over its pr********ns for a potential merger with a blank check company called Digital World (DWAC) that was also the subject of an earlier investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Towards the end of last year, federal prosecutors started examining two loans totaling $8m wired to Trump Media, through the Caribbean, from two obscure entities that both appear to be controlled in part by the relation of an ally of Russian president Vladimir Putin, the sources said.

Giuliani to Newsmax: DA Bragg Abusing Prosecutorial Powers
https://www.newsmaxtv.com/

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani told Newsmax on Tuesday that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has a history of playing favorites in his prosecutorial role.

While appearing on "Eric Bolling The Balance," Giuliani, Donald Trump's one-time attorney, highlighted Bragg's controversial tenure in the backdrop of a potential looming indictment against the former president.

As mayor, Giuliani said there were five district attorneys in New York City, and "some were a little more liberal than others. But they all were within the bounds of lawful district attorneys who followed the law."

On the contrary, Giuliani noted that soon after being sworn in as Manhattan district attorney, Bragg signaled "he wasn’t going to enforce half the laws in New York, including armed robbery, resisting arrest."

Giuliani continued: "Even with some of the modifications that [Bragg has] made, he's downgraded 52% of the felonies that police bring in. And now, he wasn't to take a sort of made-up misdemeanor and upgrade it to a felony for a case that the federal government turned down.

"Do you need anything else to realize this is a political abuse of the awesome power of the criminal justice system?" Giuliani rhetorically asked.

Giuliani's comments arrive as Trump allies wait to hear if the former president will be charged for his alleged involvement in a hush-money payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels (former name: Stephanie Clifford).

Prosecutors have argued that the $130,000 payment, administered by former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen, was used to cover up an extramarital affair.

It might also qualify as extortion, although Trump attorney Joe Tacopina argued the same "extortion" point β€” but in his client's favor β€” Monday night on Newsmax.

In addition, Bragg's office believes that Daniels payment originated from Trump's 2016 p**********l campaign. Trump and his legal team have denied all of the accusations.

As of Tuesday evening, Trump has not been charged with any crime.

And Fox News has already reported that a possible indictment could be delayed until next week.

Can you show us where Trump ever got a pass on anything? The Left is relentless in their frenzy to charge him with something to keep him from running. They're terrified of Trump, terrified he may actually drain the swamp this time. Their fear is a measure of how much they actually respect him.

We know from analyses from US Constitutional scholars like Allan Dershowitz,
who is a liberal American lawyer and former law professor known for his work
in U.S. constitutional law and American criminal law, that this prosecution
is illegal political targetting. From 1964 to 2013, he taught at Harvard Law
School, where he was appointed the Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law in
1993. Here's his summary:

The case is about handling a complaint out of court with financial assets
which is not a state or federal crime. It is not even a misdemeanor. The
case by the out of control DA is a combination of state and federal statutes
and has no basis in the state or federal constitution or any law. The New
York statute of limitations has expired on the made up criminal or any civil
matter. In New York State: Most felony offenses have a five-year statute of
limitations period. First degree murder has no limitations. Prior state and
federal cases on this accusation were terminated for lack of evidence of any
crime, including the corrupt Mueller witch hunt.

New York misdemeanor offenses have a two year statute of limitation period,
while petty offenses generally have a one year statute of limitations. The
handling of money by Trump to settle the complaint was six-years ago and the
supposed encounter with Daniels was in 2006.

Federal law says that the general 5-year statute of limitations applies in
every case unless there is a specific code section that extends the statute
of limitations for that particular offense. If the case is being pursued
that he violated a FEC campaign law, the state of New York has no
jurisdiction in a federal matter.

Documents show former Trump attorney Michael Cohen either lied in 2018 or
lied this week to a grand jury. Either way, he's a liar and as the star
witness in Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's case against Donald Trump. The case is
falling apart before it could really get started. Bragg is a surrogate for
George Soros.
