Jussie Smollett was convicted in 5 out of the 6 charges brought against him, and sentenced to 150 days in jail, 2 and ½ years of probation as well as restitution to the city of Chicago and fines. Smollett’s legal team filed a notice to appeal immediately following the conviction. In March, 2022, Smollett was released on a $150, 000 personal recognizance bond pending the outcome of his appeal.

Here we are, a year later, and this guy remains free and out on bail.

Meanwhile, many of the J6 protestors have remained in jail for two years, without bail, without trial. Where is the Justice here?

The only justice the left knows is "power and money". They don't care about the people who put them in office. As for the African American population, the left has been using and abusing them since this country began. They have just changed their methods.

Oh their leftys, even if arrested, they'd be released without bail and sent on merry way to do it again. People will asked "why aren't they being prosecuted"? The left will respond "as you know, our court system is full and we have a long line of l*****t and i******s waiting "to never be prosecuted, we are conveniently pushing those cases to the back of the line till you forget about it.
