Barack Obama put that program in place in the DOJ, FBI, IRS, USPO, etc., and sub-agencies, including ATF.
During President Trump's four years, they were in place, underground like moles, perfecting their subversive craft.
Now, they are back under Obama's tutelage, under the supervision of Obama lieutenants like Susan Rice, with no need to hide.
They have the approval of the media, RINO republicans, all democrats, and a great percentage of America's high school and college age youth.
