I often eat alone and for a quick 'meal' I keep a package of deli chicken breast and a jar of gravy handy. I can usually get about 3 meals of chicken n gravy with a along with some soda or tea. Got a Mr Coffee pot? Using 2 tea bags and filling the pot to 12 cups with hot tap water and leaving the tea bags in. I get 5 cups of strong tea.
