The Portland City Council, composed of rich asswipes who don't need to shop at Walmart, have run the world's biggest retailer out of town. They refuse to keep their stores open where theft is ignored, and attempts by the victims to stop it are penalized and punished.
Wealthy Liberal Snobs, disconnected from reality, need to have a r**t in their neighborhood, complete with l**ting, burning, murder, rape and muggings. Of course, they would blame it on Trump.

Wal Mart policy is for no confrontation when shop lifting occurs . I once saw a guy steal a watch from the jewelry department and go down the next isle. I reported it to the clerk there and she checked and saw the watch was gone. Just then the guy came walking up the isle and I told her that's him get him. She then told me about the non confrontation policy being for safety and being unable to prove theft.--I could not believe it.

I once read that the average take from a bank robbery is $2000. I’m sure anyone could do better at Walmart, and the FBI wouldn’t get called in.

This here is a true story-- Once I did see about Three Wal-Mart employees chasing a girl they thought was shoplifting and she turned around and flashed her boobs at them .--Stopped them dead in their tracks.
