Ahhhhh, This is pretty sick. There are only 2 reasons for g****r surgery and that is for babies who are born with ambiguous g*****lia. It's incredibly rare but I've seen a few folks with that condition. XY male with deformed g*****lia that can't be converted to the "male" format. Turned into a female phenotype (look) by removing the undescended testicles and "cleaning" up the situation between the legs. Plus giving female hormones during adolescence. Nothing wrong with that. Impossible to make a phenotypic (looks) male with the malformation sometimes.

A female with ambiguous g*****lia is in a better situation to be a female with surgery, though that can be drawn out too. Bottom line is the medicos always do DNA testing to see what the sex is supposed to be genetically with a baby that has ambiguous g*****lia. XX or XY. Simple and go from there.

I think this is where all the s*x c****e surgery techniques came from. Urologists, Surgeons and Plastic Surgeons trying to deal with the ambiguous g*****lia issues with newborns who had g*****l malformations. Turning M to F and F to M stemmed from all that historically.

It is sick that "s*x c****e" clinics have sprung up all over the country to cater to this "malformed" idea that kids want to change their sex. It's insane that urologists, internal medicine, plastic surgeons and endocrinologists are catering to this fallacy. When I was practicing, most docs were of the conservative bent.

The second reason for a s*x c****e is for an ADULT with a "g****r dysphoric" disorder who wants it. That's what the psychs call it. Ok, by all means with a consenting ADULT (18 or above in my book) I don't have a problem with it. Hack away!

I've seen female to male t***sitions in adults and the male hormones on the adult female voicebox is unusual to say the least. I heard an attending dermatologist say in private to me, "I don't want to use a stereotype here but I'd say this person adult (female to male) was q***r." I agreed the voice did sound odd. This was in the '80's mind you and I don't think either of use knew what the sexual orientation of the patient was. The F to M folks all get acne due to the male hormones hence the presentation to a dermatologists office for treatment. The dermatologist said to me all the F to M folks get acne.

All the adult male to female t***sitions to use a stereotype (oh sorry about the negative term) were "pretty ugly" if you ask me. But hey, if that's want they want to get through life, fine by me with consenting adults. The surgery to convert everything between the legs to something that resembles the female sex is long and drawn out too though some don't go "all the way".

Now that said, the best way to change sex is "get'em" while they're young. The problem is kids are not intelligent enough to make these decisions. I know, I was a kid once and thank God I had good parents! Miss my Dad a lot now that I'm older. (Ahhhhh, I never considered changing myself.)

I'm embarrassed the medical field has embraced pediatric s*x c****e in phenotypically (look) normal kids to MAKE MONEY! Hence the presented map. It's make money time for them as I suspect insurance won't pay for it and people (parents) have to pay out of pocket. Unless of course the medicos/psych people can make "juvenile g****r dysphoric disorder" stick for insurance payment for the disfiguring surgery!

Yes being bullied does suck...been there done that. I also was under 100lbs in 9th grade but by end of HS was 6'1" and about 130. This is another issue that myself as a liberal Democrat does not agree with. We need to let these children develop their own personalities and when they are adults then decide to make the decision to change their g****r. I have a grandson who has come out but has no interest in changing g****rs at age 17.

It took me until I joined the Navy and went to Vietnam before I grew into myself. I was bullied in high school to some extent, but I never wanted to cut my thing off and become a girl. I had parents that told you to “buck up” there was always tomorrow. Plus I had sisters that were pretty tough on me. I look at my grandkids and figure a lot of this g****r crap is a fad, dangerous as hell but it is a fad used by the left to further destroy the nuclear family.

I prefer his and I really don't agree with all the pro nouns usage, However, if I meet someone who insists I will refer to them as they wish. it's their life and pro noun choice. All my friends that are gay are not into pronouns until after the entire g****r change is complete. They are all adults over age 30.

Can't be too careful. I will call someone by their preferred name but I refuse to agree with a t***s, that they are biologically different than the way they were born. I will never do that. A man cannot biologically become a woman and a woman cannot become a man. Case closed.
