Absolutely! Four ten hour days? π
I have 33 years in with my employer, sort of. Lots and lots of vacation so I take off every Friday afternoon and also holidays and trips too. It's a great feeling on Saturday afternoons to momentarily forget what day it is! π

As an insulator I always worked 4 10s. Unless it was a hard money job. Then it would be 7 12s till done. Now I work 5 days a week with the option of working Saturdays if I want. I almost never do. Love my free time.

A 32 hour week works well in Scandinavia. Why not here?

Because this taint' Scandinavia....... besides, that's one extra day the negros and wetbacks will lose robbing good and decent white folk. They require 5 good days of hard stealing or they get antsy and take it out on several 40oz mules and Old English malt liquor..... could black and mild keep up with that extra day of blunt smoking and general mayhem?
I think not.
Not a good idea.

As it is now it takes two people working 40 hour weeks to make all the payments and pay all the bills to stay in the middle class. Must be cheaper to live in scandinavia

Never had a five 8~5, 5 day a week job...
I work three to five days a week a semester...But some of those days I only have a single class... 1.5 hours of work...
There's office time and meetings as well... But in a given week I probably only put in 20~25 hours of actual work...
Used to tutor a lot on the side... But not so much since the Double Reduction policy...
I don't think it matter how many hours or days a person puts in... Productivity is what counts...

Capitalism is returning to the Scandanavian countries after their failed experiment with socialism. Why not here??? In fact Sweden never shut down their schools or jobs due to the W***n v***s and their country did not suffer like ours. Why not here?
