Relying on a Russian journalist is hardly an objective source to call the outcome of this war. The USA involvement in this war reminds me of the cry to save freedom in Korea and Vietnam. Regardless of the clear bias of this article, a proxy war on the other side if the world only enriches the industrial war complex and its investors. NATO is at risk, but China is betting Russia will lose, go bankrupt, and become a puppet state to the PRC.

Good analysis, but it is still dangerous to use RT for any evaluation. He mentions engineers to fix the “liberated areas “ , but fails to mention the absolute devastation caused by their methods. There are no Russians left after they finish. Now they build military bases and leave the destroyed buildings in place.

There would have been no infrastructure damage at all but for the Ukraine military using civilian structures and people as shields.

I have no dog in this fight but I don't see how Ukraine can endure so long as Russia is willing to keep throwing bodies into the fight. Eventually Ukraine will run out of soldiers. In the meantime the west is depleting their stockpiles of weapons and ammo while China builds up theirs.
