I saw a Dick Morris video earlier today that showed how the Obama Administration did not think through the amnesty of i*****l w****rs and the Obamacare mandates; both are on a collision course.The language contained within the Obamacare legislation assigns a significant financial penalty for businesses that have 50 or more employees IF Obamacare is not offered to the employees (with no stipulation made as to their citizenship requirement). IRS can audit the business and place a fine starting at $3,000 per employee and going upwards for those employees that are not offered Obamacare insurance coverage.

With the illegal amnesty, these people are not citizens, are not recognized as citizens but do have authorization to work within the US. The language within the Obamacare legislation specifically does not allow insurance coverage paid or subsidized under the obamacare bill, unless the worker is a US citizen. The large business can and will fire the US citizens working for them and hire the i******s with the newly printed work permits. This means that qualified American citizens that qualify for Obamacare will be replaced with i******s to avoid the financial penalties associated with Obamacare. The ACA (Obamacare) just keeps on giving. You can be assured that the Republicans will not bailout Obama on this major fubar.
