Excuse me. It was a disaster of epic proportions. The only reason Biden did not go visit is because the district is full in red and median income is in the mid $20,000 bracket. They have nothing to offer him.
As to the EPA,
they did not show up for days.If you did not have such a TDS, you would see the issue here. Frankly, it would not matter who the President was. In such a case, not only should they show up, Buttigieg should have as should have head of EPA. Basically, they could care less. Were it some upscale blue geographic area everybody would have been there within hours.
