United States is Funding state pension plans in Ukraine

Is they any t***h that your tax dollars paid in the United States are actually going to Ukraine so their pension plan system doesn't default? I can't seem to find much in mainstream media about this. Does anyone have a problem with this? Is this all part of the "America Last" program that I keep hearing about?
