I found the post about white birth rates. Did you actually read the post I was responding to where Straighup seems to blame Christians and Republicans for out of control birth rates due to their religious beliefs when in fact white birth rates are down across the board. The increases are coming from those who are not closely aligned with the Religious Right. I am sure this is not too difficult for you to grasp

Yes...you are king ! Of what ? Who knows ........what's it like in your world ? I've never seen you win anything...you just keep saying that you do....doesn't make it so...it's very simple to look at your post about birth rates...it's just a few pages back...

No one can defeat me !!! Screams the sad pathetic individual giving the finger....lol...get over yourself........I've always said..my beliefs come from experience as a worker, business owner and life in general....straightup calls you out on your bulls**t better than I ever can...I love it......you just babble the same lines and pics over and over again......do we have to see the pic of the construction workers again and again ? And who could tell that they're even Mexican ?!! you say the same lines over and over....but don't worry...you're still king in your world....I know that's very important to you

It doesn't look like he did anything....I guess he was pointing out what someone else did...I can't really even tell what that is.......I will say this....you certainly couldn't offend the muslim religion like that.....without expecting death threats..

I don't watch Jon Stewart much, but I do find him pretty funny

So I checked.....I didn't see it the same as you....he quoted the birth rate in America....you brought up Latinos , which is irrelevant

He did say, maybe the republicans should change their views on family planning......you even said.." It seems " like you're blaming the religious right...I didn't see that

Anyway, I actually enjoy reading the posts between you and straightup ....I'm biased of course because he basically has the same views as me, and I feel he communicates them very well...better than I can....most people on here can't hang with him at all in my opinion...you do better than most...but like I said, I'm biased, that's why there is no such thing on here as a fair debate

Oh...ok......what did he say ? Is that inherently offensive ? It's hard for me to say....I don't find vaginas offensive

Destabilize? You mean peaceful protest?

How about ignoring existing i*********n l*w like Obama is doing?

You need to think a little bit more about his post. He is speaking of abstinence. Which is more of a religious right position than a GOP position. Even that claiming the GOP is responsible for rising birth rate is ridiculous since and not based in fact. Straightup usually makes up his own facts or tosses out talking points. You actually present better arguments.

"So if you want to curb the population maybe a better bet would be to change the Republican positions on family planning. I think conservative parents should know that if they're stupid enough to think abstinence is the solution, then chances are their children will be too stupid to actually stick with it. As the song goes, "only stupid people are breeding". Perhaps an exaggeration but there's certainly an underlying t***h to that. "

Yes, that paragraph doesn't represent the people having the majority of the children in my opinion....I don't have stats to prove that, but it's a fair point that you make...if the Republican Party changed its position on family planning tomorrow , I doubt Latinos would be having less children...so, point taken

I do like the way straightup writes...I'm always impressed by people who are well written , on both sides....it doesn't seem to matter though....have you seen anyone on either side change their mind on anything substantial ? I haven't ....it makes me wonder, why we are here for this....personally, I think there are more people on the right than the left, that are just here to vent....you, at least argue the points.....do you agree ?

Sometimes it is not about changing minds more than correcting falsehoods like the ones posted by Straightup which are numerous. I don't find his comments are well thought out.

I thought the one you corrected was just one point he made....out of many....I thought most of his points were good ones.....that being said, do you see some of these threads ? Some of these people are just ranting, and they take over the thread....it gets ridiculous

Try it. I'm right here, big talker. I have a lot to today in the real world (we can't all sit around sucking up welfare and doing OPP all day). But I'll be checking in.
