I think Biden pre approved it. Chinese OOB - Order of Battle. EMP’s via balloons, First. Knocks out most of our weapons & communication.
I think it is a plan to get get mini nukes over America to go Boom- ElectroMagnetic Pulse.

Oh boy another conspiracy theory! How about this. The Chinese sent this as a provocation after Biden saw to it that they could no longer acquire the most sophisticated computer chips. NORAD has been aware of it since it’s arrival and our intelligence and military has determined what it is and have decided not to destroy it so they can gather intelligence information from it. It is an unmanned balloon and can be brought down at will with little threat to anyone because it is over a very sparsely populated area. If it had any nuclear fuel on board it has already been detected.
