From there freedom is contained. How we live, they dictate how to use our money, or else, they can stop us and take away everything from us, if we disobey.

That's the number one that our FREEDOM is taken away. That means they control our money, they become the Central Bank. We don't own our money, they do cause they dictate how to spend it. That's Totalitarian. Our LIFE, LIBERTY, and the pursuit of HAPPINESS are GONE. GOD is gone!

Fat, Slim, Little, No. I also wonder as to the following. Every country in the world makes some attempt to control who enters its jurisdiction, for how long and so on, seemingly without problem.
