It looked to me that he was fighting them when he was on the ground. I would guess he was probably fighting them before he was taken to the ground. I'm wondering if the cops had body cameras on. My guess is they were hitting and spraying him to try to get him to stop fighting them.

Why hasn't the FBI put A****a out of commission? This organization is inexcusable.
From what I have seen of the tape on the news, this was an inexcusable use of excessive force. These officers are going to have their day in court. It doesn't look good for them. Let's hope cooler heads prevail in the meantime while we find answers to the questions about why this happened.
The media needs to behave itself and show some responsibility to act without encouraging violence. They will also be largely responsible if this gets out of control.
