No, they are not. They DO decide if a law is Constitutionally legal or not, which means they DO represent the Constitution.
And they can and do make errors, such as when activist judges upheld s***ery, discrimination against POC, and said a******n was a right. It takes honest, oath following, Constitutional judges to correct such horrible mistakes. God Bless them.
