You can't just change these declarations, not to mention that while he changed his story from the loans being from his personal income, he said it came from somewhere else besides him. He may be in more criminal trouble than he was before, there are serious laws about campaign fund sourcing...especially when dealing with loans that look like tax and campaign fraud.
