Sometimes the actions of the magas when they get some power is baffling.
The so called 'fair tax' is anything but fair, since the rich and the poor benefit at the expense of the 'middle class'
since that is the category that most people fall into. And that is where the money is.
This is an analysis of what the maga congress critters are trying to sell.

This “opinion piece” is anything but fair and the person who wrote it – and the person who allegedly read it – don’t have a clue what they're talking about other than just regurgitating the usual Democrat talking points. I’ve been following this for almost 20 years so I know what I’m talking about so to illustrate the savings to the average middle class family, please see below. Of course, you’ll never be able to see the advantages of this because I learned long ago that none of you understand concepts. Enjoy… hope your mind doesn’t glaze over too much. In this case, it would save the average middle class family of four almost $15 thousand a year.

Since the left claims that the "rich" don't pay taxes (or at least their "fair share") how do they benefit from what is basically a European style value added tax (VAT) which the left claims to be so much fairer then the US income based approach?
Many of the points brought up in the article about unforeseen changes in behavior are well worth considering. I have always wondered why similar considerations are ignored when a liberal proposal to make the rich pay their fair share is advanced.

How would you know, you didn't even take the time to investigate the site.
If you weren't such a l*****t ideologue, maybe you would realize that the fair tax is something good for the American people. I've been following this for close to twenty years. Everybody gets a prebate making the first 30 percent of the poverty rate tax free for everyone. And if you don't agree, provide me some cogent reasons why you don't think so instead of your usual spiteful bulls**t.
