LOL Captain, I asked because I don't know. Some comsprisory theories suggest the government. A documentary I saw suggested it was built by an intelligence that used an antigravity device, because it literally appeared overnight, or so said the locals.

I just had a dark thought: Maybe they want us to all drop dead right after Trump takes office. Or even worse, maybe they want us all to drop dead after they steal the e******n so they don't have to worry about getting caught with fraud.
