A representative from GA, Mr. Carter, has introduced a bill that would, essentially, get rid of the IRS. In all likelihood it won't pass the Demoncrat-controlled Senate, but it should!

Janet Yellen few days ago, warned the GOP assuming power at the House, that we won't be able to meet our obligations unless a debt ceiling is raised. She asked GOP Speaker McCarthy to raise the debt ceiling or find other solutions.

But that money is not sufficient, due to the fact that most taxpayers have already paid most of their tax obligations for 2022, thru payroll tax deductions and the 1040 ES.

THIS IS HOW FISCAL POLICY WORKS: And how they are created.
Fiscal policy refers to the actions taken by governments to help direct their economies. This is done through a variety of measures, including taxation. There isn't just one central body responsible for fiscal policy. In fact, both the President and the U.S. Congress have a hand in it, which means it is directed by both the executive and legislative branches of the U.S:

In the executive branch, the two most influential offices in this regard belong to the President and the Secretary of the Treasury, although some presidents rely on a council of economic advisers as well.

In the legislative branch, the U.S. Congress passes laws and appropriates spending for any fiscal policy measures. This process involves participation, deliberation, and approval from both the House of Representatives and the Senate. NOTE: The GOP Congress will have difficulty deciding this due to the fact that the Senate majority, still belongs to Democrats. They will do all they can to block all decisions by Speaker McCarthy. Please remember that we make our tax assessment for the next coming year, and estimate how much tax liabilities we owe to the IRS. In addition, for al those employed, companies, submit the payroll tax to the IRS. Those deductions from your payroll for SS, Medicare, and estimated tax are refunded every quarter to the IRS. If Joe Biden refuses to cooperate with GOP to increase the Debt Ceiling. How is Biden going to provide for this? I think he has in mind is to increase the tax rates of those people in the higher brackets of income. Increase tax rates for the corporations.

This is dumb and stupid policy that will further hurt the economy, and the ultimate victims are the people specially those in the lower income. Why? Once taxes are increased on corporations, these companies find solutions to survive or keep their company solvent for the sake of the stock holders.

Corporations will therefore raise prices of the commodities or services they sell or reduce employment to maintain its solvency, or profits for the sake of the stock owners of the company. If not the stock holders may sell their share. Effect? The stock market will plunge further.

In addition, once they reduce employment to reduce their overhead costs, those employed becomes unemployed. They eventually become dependents to the government after exhausting their unemployment insurance. Instead of being taxpayers, the become added liabilities. Negative effects against the IRS. Once they are taxpayers, and then became government dependents. The economy suffers. Inflation rises further.

Conclusion: Joe Biden's plan is an economic disaster. Our economy further suffers and inflation and recession both affect all of us.

In 2024, once the GOP takes over the WH, will inherit the worst US financial problems. And the Marxist DEMS will blame their crimes to the incoming GOP administration in 2025.
